What hours is the school open?

We are open Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

What are your classroom ratios?

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, there is an annual Registration fee of $100 (1st child) $50 for every child after.

Are meals provided?

Yes, Nutritious meals are freshly prepared daily in the center (Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon snack)​These meals are included in the tuition cost.

What qualifications do the teachers have?

We hire warm friendly staff that have experience in the Childcare setting. All teachers are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent. We specially seek candidates that have certification in early childhood. Our staff are also first aid and CPR trained and required to have 20 hours of continuing education.

How secure is the facility?

Safety is our number one priority at Sunrise. Parents and children who enter through the main door and second set of doors have to be registered with a door code to walk and have access to the classrooms and the playground. We use Procare software which lets you check-in and check-out your child everyday.

What is a good time for a tour?

You are welcome to tour anytime, but the best time to see the center in action is 9:30am -12 or 3:00 -4:30pm

What is our policy for emergency closings?

We follow Horry County School closings in most cases. Communication regarding closures happens through Procare, our website, facebook and Instagram page. Any unexpected, weather related, power water outage related closures will strictly be communicated through Procare or via Phone call if necessary. After the unexpected event has passed, the building will be assessed for safety before we resume services.

In addition, fire drills are conducted monthly, storm drills semi-annually, outside threat assessment drills annually.
